Merck Lawsuits Forecast What’s to come for the Maker of Paxil

Pharmaceutical lawsuits are nothing new, but they are necessary. One would tend to believe that these companies would change the way they test and approve drugs for release on the market, but it probably could be said with confidence that many people are still skeptical that these companies will not engage in any negligent behavior in the future.
